The service was truly excellent, but the rooms lack TV, which actually helps me sleep better.

The location is great, but the rooms leave something to be desired.

The place looks beautiful and clean, yet there is no shuttle to leave the property or even to a bus stop if you don't have a car. You also can't buy basic items, so you have to eat both lunch and dinner at the restaurant or rely on a small fridge in the room or a shared area, which isn't available.

Proximity to airport. Old very uncomfortable rooms and bathrooms. Grounds of hotel not lit when dark. Half the breakfast food gone after 2 groups left. Less food left, things were not warm even though there was 1 hr left until closing
