The location was great and the reception staff were helpful, but the room was very cold and there was no way to adjust the temperature.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfasts were great, the room was beautiful and clean, but there was no carpet in the hallways and all the noise from the corridor—like the cleaning crew in the morning or people moving with luggage during the day and evening—could be heard clearly in the rooms.
