“Péssima experiência”
There was breakfast. The place is marketed as a hotel but in reality it operates like a motel. The setup doesn’t match the description: there’s no space for breakfast, which is served in the room; there’s no minibar, the Wi‑Fi is dead, and the room is extremely plain with very uncomfortable sheets and pillows. The site is noisy, even at night, with constant chatter in the hallway and thin walls that ruin sleep. A serious privacy breach happened when the food delivery box had no lock and was handled from the outside, letting people see inside the room. There was also a booking error and a price discrepancy at check‑in. For the price paid, the experience is nothing like a hotel. I do not recommend it.
