The room was convenient and very clean. The staff were a problem: I had paid for breakfast in advance, and after a long day with my child, I tried to check in at night but was denied for 30 minutes because the front desk staff were unqualified. The issue stemmed from me using a debit Visa card instead of a credit card, and the staff didn't know how to link it for future services. They mistakenly charged me $400 and officially didn't register me, opened the room, but didn't give me the keys. In the morning I had to go back to the front desk to sort it out. Luckily, a new staff member was there and within a minute registered my debit card, explained that under Canadian law my debit Visa automatically becomes a credit card, and finally gave me the keys. It's been a week since I left, and the $400 hasn't been refunded.

The hotel was amazing—staff, food, rooms, and the overall experience were top quality. It's one of the best places I've stayed.

The location was great, and the large, weather‑protected unloading area with valet service was a bonus. Every single staff member was smiling and incredibly helpful!

The location was good and the staff were pleasant. Check‑in was delayed by 1 hour 15 minutes, almost causing me to miss an important meeting. The bathroom cleanliness was below what I expect from a property of this standard; I found human hair in the shower.
