Even though it’s a love hotel, it was kept in such good condition that there was no sense of uncleanliness at all. The staff’s tone was very polite and the service was pleasant. There were no particular complaints.

The front‑desk staff were courteous at check‑in, which was good. However, there were many small insects, and the front‑desk staff at check‑out were rude, didn’t recognize the payment method, and spoke in a careless manner, almost forcing me to pay twice, which left me feeling unpleasant at the very end.

The bath produced bubbles, which I liked, and the sheets were clean. I missed the rule that breakfast reservations must be made by 4 am, so I failed to do so.
