The service was good and the staff sweet, but there was street noise, a bit of wear, and the breakfast was sad.

Every night was noisy, the staff couldn’t enforce the rules, so we had to sleep with earplugs; for the disturbance they offered a champagne, which we only received after reminding them, and it was a 330 ml bottle (0,70 €). As I told the staff, if I wanted those conditions I’d choose a hostel instead of a 4‑star hotel.

The whole stay was an incredibly pleasant experience; the location is ideal for a short city visit, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially during the app check‑in.
