Very clean, great location with direct access to hiking trails, very quiet, but the room furnishings were not up to date, at least that was the case in our room.

We stayed only one night at Hotel Waldlust and had two single rooms in the guest house; the sauna and pool area were very clean and well equipped with everything needed, and we especially liked the outdoor loungers overlooking the beautiful scenery; the single rooms were spacious and very, very clean, with a small modern bathroom, and we felt very comfortable. Breakfast was offered somewhat carelessly; although the selection was good, the visual appeal mattered, and the breakfast room lacked atmosphere, which unfortunately marred our overall impression, yet we will gladly return.

The indoor pool and saunas were very nice and the massages were great, but I was woken by a vacuum cleaner at 8:10 am in front of my door.

We had a gorgeous – though too brief – stay at Hotel Waldlust. The hotel itself is great, the wellness area is superb, and the food is excellent. What really stood out was how our spontaneous requests were met instantly. We’ll definitely return, but this time for a longer visit. A big thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome and attentive care throughout our stay.
