“Çok merkezi konum ve güleryüzlü personel”

Şehrin tam merkezinde, Massena Meydanı'na birkaç adım mesafede. Her yere ulaşım inanılmaz kolay ve rahattı. Otel gayet temiz ve imkanları yeterliydi. Ütü ve ütü masası da istediğimiz zaman temin edildi. Hem housekeeping hem de girişte yardımcı olmayan görevliler çok güleryüzlü, kibar ve yardımseverlerdi. Biz gitmeden 1 gün önce asansör bozulmuş ve maalesef biz dönene kadar da tamir olamadı. 3. katta olan otelde hep merdivenleri kullandık. Görevli bayan defalarca özür diledi bu hususta, kendi hatası olmamasına rağmen. Check out sonrasında da eşyalarımı indirmeme yardım etti. Kendisine bir kez daha çok teşekkür ederim. Sevmediğim hiçbir şey olmadı

The place was in a great spot and the staff were very good, but the room felt cramped for my taste.

Nice location, right in the middle of everything. The lift was tiny and basically useless.
