You’re greeted warmly as soon as you step through the door, but for one day the parking outside the hotel was closed.

“Waste of money vastly overpriced for what we received plus toilet didn’t flush properly spent severa”

Breakfast was fine, that’s all. It would have been better if the booking site and the hotel had honestly told us the restaurant and bar were fully booked for a wedding, so we had no amenities at all. We would not have booked if we’d known, and we’ll never use the booking site or the hotel again because both were dishonest about what we could expect.

“Excellent location for a few days on the coast”

A quiet, friendly hotel that’s only two minutes from the seafront or a shopping centre in the opposite direction, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The downside is that it’s in the town centre, so you’ll have to pay for parking on the street or in a nearby car park.

“Next to the sea”

The spot is great, just a 2‑minute stroll to the beach, and the breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful, with both a buffet and freshly cooked items. The bed was comfy and the front‑desk staff were helpful. However, the hotel doesn’t offer private parking; you have to use on‑street or multi‑storey lots a short walk away. The bathroom had a step with a warning sign, which was a bit inconvenient, and the shower was small, though the water pressure and temperature were good.
