The place was calm, the hosts were extremely kind and available, the accommodation was clean, breakfast was very complete, and there were many thoughtful touches.

We had a truly wonderful stay: the décor was beautiful and tasteful, the place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped; the layout and ample storage made us feel at home, and the quietness let us sleep longer than usual. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and eager to help or give local tips, and they even surprised us with a small bottle of liqueur and chocolates. Breakfast matched our preferences with a generous, delicious selection. The property sits in a peaceful area with convenient parking, and two lovely pubs are nearby. It’s an excellent base for exploring Lymington and the New Forest, and we’d gladly return and highly recommend it.

I was driving a classic car to Beaulieu and wanted a safe spot close to amenities; this place fit the bill—quiet residential setting, only a 15‑minute walk to the town centre and all facilities. The “apartment” offered a bed, bathroom, and kitchen, and the hosts were friendly yet unobtrusive.
