It’s cute and impeccably clean! The host was friendly and flexible even with our last‑minute changes, though the bathroom heater was hard to reach but still usable.

Very clean and super comfortable; everything is great, and I especially liked the parking space.

I liked that the spot is only 2 to 3 blocks from the SM MOA Arena, about 5‑10 minutes on foot, and the vibe is cozy and tidy; there are a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby if you get hungry.

The pink décor feels cozy, and it’s almost fully equipped for a short business trip, but there’s no washing machine, and the pool was closed for cleaning on the day we wanted to swim; to use the pool you have to pay in another tower and we were told to go there instead 😅.
