The staff were friendly and the curtain over the bed gave good privacy. The bathroom was clean and functional. I didn't like the area though – it felt a bit unsafe and even with an Uber I was uneasy waiting for someone to open the door.

Great spot close to São Paulo airport, simple but decent for a night’s stay instead of the terminal. The team was courteous and helpful. Rooms are very basic, and a shuttle would be handy – the terminal is a short drive but impossible to walk to.

The staff were super friendly and the 24‑hour checkout worked out perfectly for our early departure. Being close to a great supermarket and the train system is unbeatable. The downside? The communal kitchen had no plates or cutlery.
