The location was spot‑on, the breakfast was great with fresh orange juice, and the value for money was solid – we’re definitely planning to return. The check‑in process could have been quicker, though.

The view and location of the hotel are perfect for anyone wanting to visit the Sanctuary of Aparecida; it sits right in front of the entrance. There are no weak points – they deliver exactly what they promise.

I liked how close the hotel is to the Basilica and the City of Romeiro (the Rosary Path), and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was also good. The check‑in time was set for 14:00, but we arrived at noon and asked if we could leave our bags at reception to go eat at the nearby restaurant; the receptionist refused, even though the hotel wasn’t full and it would have been a small favor. That front‑desk employee wasn’t friendly at all. Another odd thing was that when we went to breakfast, four staff members stood around watching us, as if they were monitoring what we ate, probably worried we’d take something to go.

Great location – everything is close to the mayor’s office.
