From the center, take the metro to the Toledo 4 stop and then walk 5–10 minutes. The neighborhood is dirty, with trash littering the road.

Close to the center. The staff were terrible – they entered my room even though I had clearly told them I didn’t want that, and the reception practically didn’t exist; I only saw one person there. They took identity documents with their private phone, which I found pathetic.

The hotel sits right in the heart of Naples. The staff were friendly, communicative, and the check‑in was smooth. I felt very secure with multiple locked doors and the big reception door. The cleaning lady kept asking us 5 times how we planned to check out before 11:00 am, which was annoying, but otherwise everything was fine.

Undoubtedly a cozy, clean, modern place. I loved it; if I return to Naples, I’ll definitely stay here again. Everything was super good – I have nothing negative to mention.

No positives. I had to wait 20 minutes before being greeted and couldn’t use any kitchen facilities except the fridge.
