It was a bit messy but still good; the single room was not offered by Booking, though it was available on site.

From check‑in to check‑out everything was spot on, the location was perfect and the whole Albana crew were courteous and warm.

The atmosphere was friendly and heartfelt, and any wishes or questions were answered immediately, giving a pleasant, natural sense of hospitality. The pillows were too large for us, but they were swapped for smaller, more comfortable ones right away at our request.
