“Comfortable B&B, excellent service from the hosts.”
A very comfortable B&B. The hosts were excellent—courteous, helpful, and generous with advice and information about the local area. Our room was a decent size and comfortable. Breakfast was superb, with a generous selection presented nicely. Arrochar is generally a great place to stay, close to Loch Lomond but away from some of its crowds. Loch Long and Ben Arthur are worth visiting on their own. The B&B sits on the main road, so there is some traffic noise. There are only a couple of restaurants within walking distance for dinner, and both tend to fill up quickly, so advance booking is advisable.
“Great B&B with a beautiful view of the Loch.”
A very beautiful B&B. This was the last one of our holiday, and if we return, we’ll choose this one first and plan a slightly longer stay. The owners were very friendly, the room was lovely with a stunning view of the Loch, and breakfast was excellent. During breakfast, the view of the Loch was the same, and you could chat pleasantly with the owner. This B&B is definitely recommended. We have nothing to complain about regarding the B&B.
“Lovely location and super hospitable host”
Ben, the proprietor, was very hospitable, providing useful information and paying close attention to many details, but the room faced the loch, which was great until the road between the house and the loch made it noisy at times, especially when the window was open.
“Very comfortable with very friendly & thoughtful hosts. A very central location in the village”
Good breakfast options with generous portions, and the view from both the bedroom and dining room over the loch was perfect, though the shower cubicle felt a bit cramped.
“Perfect, met lovely people, stunning location. We WILL be back”
Ben and Hazel were wonderful hosts, incredibly accommodating and just lovely people; the place was clean, fresh, and offered stunning views—nothing more to ask for. We’ll definitely return and have already recommended it to many friends, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing in this hidden gem.
