Rooms were spacious and clean, but I don’t recommend it for a family; it’s a hotel that charges by the hour.

The front‑desk team was warm, helpful and always greeted the cleaning staff politely; the room was excellent, the bathroom huge and the bathtub perfect for bubbles, with plenty of complimentary soak powders, drinks and snacks on offer. I was surprised to discover the place is often used for “date‑breaks” rather than a typical hotel, and although the room was spotless, the furniture retained a lingering smoke smell that required opening the windows right away (I hadn’t realized smoking was allowed here, so I’m warning future guests).

The hotel's welcome drink was a nice touch, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the building itself was a bit dated. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, but the decor and overall vibe felt like it could use a refresh. Still, it was a convenient spot to stay, and the welcome drink was a nice bonus.

“Beautifully presented room with all the amenities you could ever need”

This place really delivers on its promise of luxury and comfort. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautifully presented room that had everything we needed, from skin care products to an Amazon Alexa. The friendly staff were always on hand to help, and the complimentary drinks - including hot, cold, soft, and alcoholic options - were a lovely touch. We were sad to leave, but the great value for money made it an easy decision to book again.
