“I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, nice rooms, location and overall good value.”
The room was very clean and well laid out, and the location was ideal for attending shows at the Toyota Center. The staff were friendly and check‑in was simple, but the AC unit made abrupt noise when turning on and off, which made it hard to sleep for those of us who are light sleepers in unfamiliar places.
The pool and hot tub were dirty; I realize it was later in the evening, but there could have been some cleaning done.
I booked a last‑minute, one‑night stay while passing through the city, and the newer hotel was spotless; I also enjoyed a great dinner and cocktails at the bar.
