The owners were very accommodating regarding our arrival time. The cake and apple juice were delicious, and the place was very clean with everything you could need. The only thing to consider is adding sugar to the coffee or tea.
From check‑in to check‑out, everything was perfect. The cottage is beautiful and well equipped, making us feel right at home. No complaints.
The stay was fantastic: the cottage was fully equipped, the bedding was perfect, the décor was polished, and the hosts were charming and welcoming, offering little touches when we arrived; we chose the breakfast option and were treated to an impressive spread of fresh products, everything was more than perfect.
Although the stay was settled at booking, the manager told me on the spot that it was just a bank imprint and demanded a second payment. After checking my accounts, I saw a double charge. Even after sending proof of payment to the hotel, they refused to refund, claiming they hadn't received the funds from . My repeated follow‑ups went unanswered for weeks, so I asked booking to intervene for a full refund of the overcharged amount. I’m very dissatisfied with how this issue was handled and the lack of responsiveness from the property.
