I bought an internet pack and couldn’t get it to work even with help from the front desk and Guest Service staff.

Almost everything was fine. The restaurants had no reservations available for dinner, and that happened to more people who had come. Also the cleaning staff didn't change the pillowcase even though it was dirty (stained with my hair) and only the next day did they come to clean the room. Otherwise it was good.

La cena en el buffet y en los restaurantes con reservas espectacular, las piscinas increíble muy buena atención de los barman, la habitación amplia bien dotada. los food truks en la playa son increíbles y los snacks que entregan deliciosos. La atención del personal que trabaja en el hotel espectacular. Las maletas en la entrada del hotel, se siente inseguro, visualmente se ve feo, las reservas en los restaurantes es complicado deberían advertir que es de un dia para otro y por la app no deja hacerlas. Por lo demás excelente todo

Todo, súper chévere. No hubieron reservas disponibles para los restaurantes a parte del buffet🥲 fue imposible y el personal tuvo una atencion poco agradable cuando vieron que viajaba sola, parece que les gusta más cuando es grupos grandes!
