The location is great, close to the buses. We arrived at 14:00 but had to wait until 15:00 for our room, which was ready. The staff were truly incompetent and unhelpful. They gave us a room on the 12th floor, but the next morning the only elevator (one of two in service for a 14‑floor hotel) stopped working because of rain, so we had to walk down and up the 10 floors that separated us from the breakfast area.

I think the location is very good because you have the metro and bus terminals nearby. Considering it’s a very quiet area at night with low lighting.

The room cleaning, breakfast, and having a kettle with tea and coffee service are all great. The mattress was sagging, it had already reached the end of its useful life, and it should be replaced so the stay is more comfortable.

Good location and easy to get to. The cable TV in the rooms doesn’t work; this is the second time this year I’ve stayed here and neither of the two rooms had it working.
