The staff were extremely helpful arranging transport, giving tourist tips, and handling cash exchange.

The hotel was nice enough, clean, comfortable, with a restaurant and bar on site. From the bus drop‑off you can walk to the hotel and most sights in Tiraspol. Julia at reception was very helpful and friendly. The only hiccup was that the restaurant was closed on my second night when I wanted to dine, which was a minor inconvenience.

Room and bathroom really nice. I thought there was a kettle inside my room, but there wasn't - my mistake. But i asked hotel if they could supply one, and they brought a kettle to my room within 10 minutes! Reception staff very helpful and with perfect English language. Location excellent for what you want to see in the city. Hot dishes at the buffet breakfast were almost cold - need to try better to keep them warm
