We stayed in a villa at White Sands and it was absolutely amazing! The room was huge… the bathroom was huge! And the cherry on top: we had our own canoe to explore the lagoon, with private access from our little terrace. El Gaucho was fantastic, the teppanyaki too! The gym is great! We also got a fantastic spa treatment deal. We saw lots of wildlife. We had family with a small child staying in family selection, Kantenah. They loved it!! Oh! And the Piacere coffee shop is full of delicious cakes and snacks. The bracelet keys didn’t work very well. Sometimes yes, other times no. I’d suggest asking for a card key, as well as the bracelet.

We spent 4 nights at this resort as the final part of our trip through Mexico, and it was a great choice to end our holiday with a few relaxing days. The resort is beautiful, spacious and very well maintained, and the complex includes three different hotels. As we booked, we had full access to all the areas and facilities across the resort without restrictions, which was definitely a great advantage. The all‑inclusive formula is very complete, with a wide range of restaurants of different types and cuisines. The food quality also pleasantly surprised us: we ate very well and the variety lets you switch restaurants and atmospheres every evening. The pools are very nice, large, well‑kept and perfect for relaxing. After a traveling itinerary through Mexico, these four days were exactly what we were looking for. Another strong point is definitely the staff, always available, professional and attentive. A special mention goes to Cielo and Erick, the concierges at Villa 59, where our room was. They were always present, friendly and helpful, especially when we needed them. Their attention helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a place we definitely recommend to anyone looking for a few relaxing days, many services and excellent support. The only real disappointment was not being able to fully enjoy the sea. This year, the amount of sargassum was exceptionally high, and during our stay it made swimming and enjoying the beach quite difficult. Of course, this is completely beyond the resort’s control. The staff cleaned the beach daily and made every effort to minimise the impact. Another aspect to consider is the resort’s distance from the main tourist areas. The property is fairly isolated, so if you plan to go out frequently or visit nearby towns and attractions, you’ll realistically need to rely on taxis or rent a car.

The hotel was spectacular, the restaurants were great and the staff treated us wonderfully. Raul, our manager, kept us updated on everything and was concerned at all times. The pool, supposedly for adults, was full of noisy teenagers.

The people who work there were very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and varied. Many animals roam freely. The beach was covered in algae and the beds were bad.
