The ice machine didn’t work and I had to request extra bed pillows; breakfast consisted of a half‑filled cereal box, waffles, and coffee. While my husband tried to relax with his coffee, the clerk sat behind us on the couch with his feet on it, loudly speaking on his phone in a foreign language. The room was dark, the bed was okay.

The key didn’t work, the AC was broken, and the couch had black stains. When they moved me to another room, it still had no AC, didn’t match the room I’d reserved, and lacked a couch or chairs.

The internet didn’t work for both days and the TV was broken. With two kids, that made the stay just wonderful. The room said no smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke, and the window to the outside was unlocked and open 3 inches; I managed to peek behind the curtain and then close and lock it.

No WiFi, which they didn’t mention, and the toilet wasn’t clean. The previous guests left their receipt in the room, indicating it wasn’t cleaned.
