Check‑in was super easy. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We arrived about 15 minutes before 4:00 PM on a Wednesday in the off‑season, and the room was ready because no one else was there. We asked for the same room we had last time, but they put us in a larger one—a nice perk. The room was spotless, and all the little extras—coffee, tea, soaps, shampoo, conditioner—were stocked. The bed and pillows from our last stay were much puffier, and I’ve been talking about that bed for months. Maybe it was newer? Still, it was a wonderful stay!

The location was good, but there was a hot‑water issue, so the booking was transferred to a nearby hotel: Sandals Inn. I was upgraded to a sea‑side view chamber. Better floor cleaning would be appreciated, especially on the terrace.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal—just a few steps to the beach, plenty of great restaurants nearby, and Ocean Avenue offers loads of fun activities, especially in the evenings. It’s also an easy walk to the Daytona Boardwalk, which was perfect for our family. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our room stayed clean and comfortable. All of this made for a memorable family vacation, and we’d love to return. The only minor issue was the pool being a little small, but that’s normal for any hotel and didn’t affect our stay.
