The location was convenient, but the front‑desk staff on October 1‑October 2, 2026 were combative, rude, and unprofessional. There was no hot water during my stay, and the hotel offered only bonus points instead of compensation, which was inadequate. I also had to move to another room because the first one had soiled bedding, and the new room smelled horribly.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable; the staff were friendly and parking was convenient, but the property had no hot water.

The rooms were a good size and the shower pressure was amazing, but there was a huge green mold spot on the ceiling, the walls were thin enough to hear everything, and the shower handle was loose and reversed, making the water extremely hot.
