The location is good, very close to the lake. Breakfast was sufficient, always freshly fried eggs and juices. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom should be renovated. The fruit selection should be more varied, as should the yogurt. The pool was pretty fresh.

The staff were absolutely lovely! They accommodated my allergies and the food was very tasty. The proximity to the lake was perfect, and long walks along the shore were possible. The furnishings weren’t super modern but were fine. No complaints, though it would be nice to have pool towels.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which was great. The location was very quiet, even during rain and wind. I didn’t have time to use the pool or the wellness area. The view from my room was nice. However, the whole hotel needs more maintenance; my room was spacious with a generous terrace/balcony but felt worn out. The cold white LED lighting gave the place a clinical vibe, which I found unpleasant. The parking lot was large but was constantly full.

The staff were friendly, the pool was great, the breakfast was very good, and the location on the lake was excellent.

The hotel is located close to the lake. For a four‑star hotel I expected better room amenities. Storage space was insufficient, and unfortunately the view was of the service parking lot. The furniture in the room had been renovated, but we were hesitant to turn on the bed because it creaked, and the mattress was not great.
