The room is a bit spacious and there were no extra charges for early check‑in, but everything else was terrible: 1) I told them I’d be arriving early, was exhausted, got to the hotel around 7:30 ish and the staff told me not to enter until the floor dried (probably cleaning time). 2) The receptionist/manager took forever to come and complete the check‑in; I waited an hour, and when he arrived he couldn’t find the booking in his system, taking another 30 minutes. 3) It’s in a remote location with no ATMs, sweet shops, or even a medical facility nearby; it’s very far from both the airport and the railway station. 4) Food is expensive and low quality; cold tea was sold for Rs 30 per cup. 5) Hotel staff is pathetic; the cold tea was served 30 minutes after ordering and the food wasn’t good. 6) Toiletries were not provided; towels and bedsheets were gross, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and there was no handwash or basic toiletries. 7) I called room service for a TV that wasn’t working, but no one ever came and they didn’t bother to check.
