The staff were unprofessional, only the manager was nice, and the ladies. The manager’s behavior.
I was disappointed because the staff didn't provide the service I asked for; when I requested water, they didn't bring it before I asked again.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful.
The place wasn’t clean, and the water in the room wasn’t delivered on time. When I asked the staff for a water bottle, they forgot and told me to come back tomorrow.
“Very nice staff and room”
The staff were very friendly, but the overall service left something to be desired.
