Very clean. The owner was there and the cleaning crew arrived at 8 am, making a lot of noise.

The location was great—just a 2‑minute walk from the tube—and a fan was provided. I paid for a private bathroom, but the shower had no hot water. When I contacted the host, they said it wasn’t working because of pressure, but nobody had told me before my stay. They told me to use the shared bathroom, even though I had specifically booked a private one. I wouldn’t have stayed if I’d known this in advance.

The place was close to a metro and supermarkets. The mattress was horrible, and the private bathroom had no hot water. Even though we complained, the only solution offered was to use a shared bathroom, even though we had paid extra for a private one.

Our room was on the smaller side but very cozy, and the couch was a nice addition. The bed was extremely comfortable with super soft sheets. The shared areas were well equipped, with plenty of appliances in the kitchen plus a washing machine and dryer. They have a neat system where shelves in the cupboards and fridge are divided by room number to avoid mixing items between guests. Hot water was not working in the showers during our stay. After confirming with other guests that they had the same issue, we contacted the property and they responded quickly, but because it was the weekend they couldn’t send anyone to fix it. It was a pretty cold weekend, so having to take ice‑cold showers was very unpleasant. The stairs are rather steep here, which is not unusual for English houses, but I had a bit of trouble walking downstairs.
