The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, greeting us warmly at every pass by reception, and the place is centrally located and easy to find. However, the bathroom was moldy and the shower leaked into the bedroom, so the value for money felt poor for what we paid.

The place was nice, the neighbourhood pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful; it’s within walking distance of Euston, KX, and STP stations, and there are plenty of pubs and eateries nearby for any budget. The room was comfortable, though during the heatwave it got very hot and everyone was opening their doors, which is typical for plasterboard buildings that heat up easily. The staff were courteous and pleasant, and I appreciated the quiet terraced area. The only issue was a misunderstanding about a late check‑out that they initially agreed to but then reversed; otherwise, everything else was good.
