Everything was complete, clean, the TV had clear and full channels… overall satisfied.

The price was cheap. 1. There’s no parking on the premises; you must park at Bank Muamalat, a 200 m walk down the street, and the rate is RM3 after 6 pm plus any extra hours the next morning. 2. No toothbrush or toothpaste was provided; bring your own or buy it at the pharmacy/99 Speedmart. 3. Breakfast consisted only of bread and kaya; you must make your own tea and no cutlery was supplied. 4. The shower leaked; I had to ask reception to fix it or the water would flood the hallway. Someone arrived 10 minutes later, interrupting our prayers. 5. No one was at reception for check‑in; we waited 25 minutes before a ‘staff on duty’ came down after handling an issue upstairs. The ‘staff off duty’ refused to check us in and had a terrible attitude. 6. We had a buffet breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel next door for RM45 per person. It was decent, but avoid the back lane where rodents were everywhere.
