The hotel is close to the main road, easy to access, with ample parking and rooms near the parking area, making it easy to carry luggage. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom is spotless. Service is friendly, the place is quiet and safe, and it’s suitable for travelers like me who tour, as well as families. I would definitely return if I have an event in Tulungagung.

I had a really bad experience at this hotel, which was supposed to be a professional establishment. Unfortunately, they failed to meet my expectations in several areas. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, which made my stay quite unpleasant. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

However, the air conditioning was not working properly, and it was also limited to certain hours of the day. To make matters worse, I was unable to get breakfast when I booked through the app, which was a major disappointment. Overall, I'm not sure if I would recommend this hotel to others.
