The staff were very friendly, always ready to listen and help with any need. The location is great, near Parque El Ejido, Avenida Amazonas, and not far from the city center. Breakfast had limited choices; on some days it was just the basics—milk, coffee, and cereal—perhaps because there were few tourists staying at the hotel.

Everything was perfect: 24‑hour reception, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of good breakfast. Highly recommended.

The staff were attentive at every moment and the facilities were spotless, but the location in La Mariscal is a bit tricky to navigate on foot, though the hotel provides plenty of security.
