“Not the greatest experience”

Breakfast was included, and the hot tub and pool were there. This is usually my go‑to place to stay when visiting Erie. However, the beds were SUPER uncomfortable, the room had a musty smell, and the main door locked only half of the time so we left our things in the room hoping no one would try to come in when we left the property a couple of times (worst experience I have had staying here or any other hotel in general). When I told the front desk about the door problem on the day of checkout, she didn’t seem to really care.

Staff and hot tub were good, but the facility was filthy, mold in the shower, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was no air conditioning in the bedroom of the suite.

The staff were friendly, but the AC never worked and the room stayed at 76 °F the whole time. The tub was filthy, the bathroom door stuck to the floor and wouldn’t close fully, and a kitchen table leg was bent and leaning. A tile was missing and broken under the sink, and the bed was uncomfortable. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance were poor.

“Other then the misssing fire place, the place was reasonable.”

The location was great, but I expected a fireplace because the photo showed one; it wasn’t there.

“Disappointing”

Connected to the splash lagoon, yet the room was unclean, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and there were cockroaches.
