The location was great, the modern bathroom was very good, and the king suite offered plenty of space. Being half a century old, not everything was brand new, and street noise at night is loud—bring earplugs and you’ll be fine.

The location was perfect in the heart of Rome, all attractions within walking distance. Very safe, and the narrow Gwarna street full of tourists and eateries lets you explore the evening without worry. The interior décor is interesting, and the old‑building vibe is charming. The owner was very helpful and always reachable by phone. At night, it’s worth closing the window because around 5–6 am the street is noisy with delivery carts.

The location is fantastic, with great bars and restaurants literally at the doorstep and all major tourist spots within walking distance. Prices are reasonable. The shower is tiny, but that’s just the nature of old city Rome.

The property’s location was perfect for a young couple and felt very safe. The owners were very responsive and checked in with us often. The bed became uncomfortable toward the end of our stay, as it started to drop in the middle.
