The building looked great both outside and inside, the room was spacious and convenient, the staff were exceptionally kind, it was the best launch point for a hike, and parking was free; the only downside was that staff could respond a bit faster to online messages.

I had an amazing 4‑night stay in the High Tatras; the location and transport links were spot‑on and the online check‑in was hassle‑free. The freshly renovated room came with all the essentials, a spotless fridge and kettle, and Ivana was exceptionally kind and helpful, making sure everything was just right. The breakfast was tasty and filling, and the 6‑euro laundry service was perfect for my month‑long trip. I also paid extra to use the spa, which was definitely worth it after a day of hiking. The only downside was a bit of early‑morning noise from the electric train, but the convenience far outweighed that minor disturbance. I highly recommend this place and thank Ivana for her special touch.

This property ranks among the nicest I've stayed in, with a beautiful interior and a prime spot right in town, just a short stroll from the train and bus station and a quick walk to the gondola for mountain hikes. The room’s refrigerator was handy and the heating and hot water were plentiful, which was a real comfort on the chilly days I spent there. The manager was extremely attentive, bringing extra blankets and checking in regularly. The bed was supremely comfortable with luxury linens, so I would definitely suggest this place to friends and family.
