Good value for money. This is my second time staying here. The hotel is simple but clean. It’s close to the beach. The breakfast is good.

The hotel’s location relative to the beaches and the town center is great. We really liked the ability to leave the car in a parking area a few meters above the hotel. Regarding food, we were on half board and they let you switch dinner for lunch if you notified in advance. The dinners were very good and generous. We were traveling with a 3‑year‑old and they gave us many conveniences when choosing meals. The facilities are a bit outdated. In the rooms there were no night lights, so it was very uncomfortable when it got dark and you had to turn on the ceiling lights. Otherwise everything was fine.

We were pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews; I wasn’t expecting much. It was a bank holiday weekend and it was the cheapest option for us and fit our tight budget. We stayed only one night on our way to the Santander ferry, so we didn’t want to pay a lot. The place was clean and comfortable and the balcony was a nice bonus. Parking was tough because the village was very busy, but we managed. The receptionist was lovely, but the bar staff were not. We ate a meal there; due to bank holiday crowds it was hard to find a place, so we chose the hotel option and were again surprised. It was reasonably priced and had good food. The area is outstanding. We had never been there before and we loved it. We would stay again if we found ourselves in this part of Spain. The bar staff took ages to serve us even though we were the only customers at the time. I’m not sure what was going on, but she was not friendly at all. The safe in the bedroom didn’t work because it had run out of battery. Our friends who were traveling with us had the same problem in their room. This is an easy fix and important to have when traveling. It’s cheap to rectify but a good option for guests, so I would recommend sorting this easy problem.
