The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Iana, and everything else was just fine.

The breakfast was tasty and the staff were very helpful and thoughtful. Nadia, the front‑desk girl, was around my daughter’s age, enthusiastic and considerate; she arranged an early breakfast package for us because my daughter had to take a test the next morning and couldn’t eat at the regular time, which we really appreciated. The cleaning lady, however, caused me some concern: we forgot to take the food from the fridge that we actually wanted, and when we called the hotel later it had already been thrown away. We understand that was the hotel rule, but if they had called and asked we might have avoided wasting the food we loved.
The fridge in the room is huge and looks brand‑new, but it kept buzzing all night. I couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep because of the constant noise.
