The staff were great, and there were no negatives.

The location was okay, but they took my deposit and still didn't return it; I suspect they'll keep my $ 100,00, which hasn't appeared in my account, and the fire alarm rang all night and kept me from sleeping.

The location is great, but communication is only in Spanish.

The mattresses were comfortable and the room was roomy, yet nobody spoke Spanish and there were few directions; we were three guests but the bathroom supplies were only enough for two, and the photos showed a complex that didn’t match the actual property.
