Very central and close to port. Very clean, comfy bed and pillows. Very secure. Paolo was welcoming from the second we arrived and made sure we were comfortable and gave us recommendations on restaurants. He also went out of his way to make sure we got to our cruise with no taxis available and even helped us find where to go to get our shuttle for our ship, seriously, we couldn’t have done it without him. We were very grateful!

This room did not disappoint! It was just what we needed after an intercontinental red-eye flight. Great location, in the city and near the water. Room was clean, quiet, with a great bathroom and shower. Really comfortable bed.probably my best sleep in months. Our point of contact for this trip was Paulo, who starting reaching out to us about a month before our travel.just to touch base, and see if we needed a ride from Rome's airport or from Civitavecchia's train station or anything else. On our arrival there, he met us just outside, and helped us with our bags into the room, told us about some of the sites to see and restaurants to visit, showed us how to get to the cruise terminal the next day.bottom line, he was prepared to assist us with anything else we might need during our stay. Paulo did an outstanding job for us. We are so grateful for his help, making the start of our trip a wonderful experience. There was not anything we did not like

Paolo was an excellent host who arranged our airport and cruise‑port transfers, communicated well, and was there to show us around when we arrived. The accommodation has everything you need and is close to the city center with bars and restaurants.

Paolo was absolutely the best part of the property – extremely attentive and available, met us on arrival, and gave great dining suggestions. The room was clean, the shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything met our expectations, and it was excellent value.
