The location was great and the staff was attentive. However, the listing advertised a game room, yet the pool tables were incomplete: the sticks were held together with black tape and some balls were missing, which was misleading.

I slept well and the AC worked great, but the TV was broken, the remote wasn’t synced, and the front desk didn’t know how to fix it; they offered to move me to another room even though I was already settled and didn’t need to watch TV anyway. Good night.

The person at the counter gave no clue when I asked for an Ada room; I had to explain that Ada was also called Disability room. I wondered why this Motel 6 location only has one Ada room. I stayed in room 127, the shower was extremely slippery and I fell on the outer edge, bruising my leg badly—again not an Ada room. I’ve made many reservations with them, but when issues arise they never take action or respond. There were also cockroaches in the room and bathroom area. Signed: Extremely unhappy customer.
