The hotel staff are incredibly friendly! However, guests need to bring their own adapters because the rooms don’t provide them for charging mobile phones.

The host was very kind and helpful, making our stay extraordinary; the evening music and dancing are unforgettable—highly recommend for a special, memorable experience. Though the price for such a wonderful stay isn’t high, it’s disappointing that the total cost isn’t listed on the booking site.

The location, the staff, the evening entertainment, and the camel ride were all great, yet there was no Wi‑Fi, no air‑conditioning even though it was listed, the curtains were very hot, we lost power at night without any notice, and water was paid for.

The campsite was beautiful, well‑maintained, and clean, and the staff were friendly, but air‑conditioning was advertised and absent, the night in August was unbearable in the tent with extreme heat, so I slept outside, and the service should not be listed if it isn’t actually available.
