The accommodation was roomy and fully equipped, and the spot was ideal for walks to either the beach or the woodlands, with nothing to complain about.

The place was clean and well maintained, though nothing else stood out.

The lodge looked lovely and the park was beautiful, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired—hair on the bedding in the second bedroom made us doubt the beds had been changed, the toaster was filthy, appliances had oily fingerprints, and dust was everywhere; we had to bring our own bedding and cover it, and it seemed the cleaner was rushed, not the hosts’ fault.

The lodge was very comfortable, and if you’re not up for walking to the facilities there are plenty of parking spots; a pleasant off‑road walk leads to the beach, and overall we had a relaxing stay with no complaints.
