Excellent location. The metro station is just around the corner. Staff members are welcoming but bear in mind it is possible to check-in within certain specific hours. Very small room but in Hong Kong it is pretty common

The location is good, but the hotel sits inside a market where you find rats, bad smell, food. It is very old, the elevator is not in good condition. It is not like the photos. It is not clean, old, smells bad, is very small, it is in the top of a food market where you find rats. In the building you find more people living with the clothes in the hall. They say that they clean the room every 4 days. There was no toilet paper, one addition “mattress (I don’t know why) next to the bed, very old. The water from the bath falling. The bed sheets and the towels with holes. We found rats in the hall. The elevators very old and in bad conditions. In general do not stay here even from the location perspective. It is not worth it at all. So disappointing. It is also scary, I don’t recommend even for the price.

The location is great, right next to the MTR station in Tsim Sha Tsui, opposite a small supermarket and Seven Eleven. The check‑in took a long time, people were standing. Still, they took their time. You only got a towel to use for shower and face. The bedding was spotted. The toilet kept leaking, while you were showering in the same area. The water didn’t drain fast enough, so you stood in water. The whole room looked dirty. The wallpaper peeled in many places, the windows were dirty. There was only one outlet at the bed, and the hair dryer was half torn. You had to position yourself in a corner to dry your hair. The cleaning lady came into the room despite the “do not disturb” sign. The walls are very sound‑permeable. The price is simply not justified for what you get. I would not book again.

The spot is great, but finding the check‑in area was confusing and some staff behaved oddly. At 2 am I was knocked on the door while sleeping and asked to take out the bedding—an unacceptable move for a hotel. The clientele is rough; even late at night people were loudly chatting, which should have been warned against. The front desk staff left a good impression, so that was a real let‑down.
