They had roaches bed bugs and there was blood on the floor I literally left 4 hours later and you guys refused my refund. Not will I not only will I never go back to that nasty hotel I will also never book with and I will tell everyone I know what how horrible your service and their hotel is. I didn't like the cockroaches I didn't like the bed bugs and I didn't like the blood on the floor they said they would give me a refund and when I tried to call their oil company that's what they said there was no answer they said oh push this number push this number and I did and I did and they told me to hold and somebody would get with me and then it just hung up on me. I'll never use again you guys are the worst. When I asked when I asked for a refund because I couldn't even get in touch with the people who were supposed to give me the refund after only saying 4 hours because I was drunk and the only reason I rented the room was because I had been drinking unless 4 hours later when I was sober enough to drive you refused my refund and everything they told me never happened so I'll never use again it is the worst service I've ever used every single time I've used it has been the worst room in the entire place I am done with this
