The hotel boasts attractive gardens, a terrace with sun loungers, and multiple dining options. It's 1 km from Playa Blanca Beach, 20 minutes from Timanfaya National Park, and 34 km from Lanzarote Airport, with a free shuttle to Playa Dorada beach.

The hotel and its staff seem to be doing what they can given the type of guests that frequent the place. If you value self‑respect, avoid booking here. The clientele is among the lowest of the low—about fifty people with filthy mouths and no shame at all. I feel sorry for the families who made the same mistake as us, and even more for the staff and owners. The clientele are disgusting people; English have Lanzarote destroyed.

The food was varied and everything tasted good. The waiters were all very pleasant and polite. The facilities, however, were generally poorly maintained; you would wake up to a dirty room, and there wasn’t enough staff to keep everything organized and clean. The pool area was full of dirty glasses and plates. The room itself wasn’t fully clean—there were tags on the bed sides, and the mattresses looked older than the island. We stayed for 5 days; my husband suffered severe lower back pain, and I had a neck strain because the mattress was so bad that I slept poorly. The children slept on a very hard and uncomfortable sofa bed. There was only one air conditioner, so we had to leave the room door open to get any airflow, which makes calling it a 4‑star hotel a lie. The photos look perfect, but reality is different: the children’s pool area is deteriorated and ugly. The entertainment was awful. I don’t recommend it as a 4‑star; it’s more like a basic hotel, and you should know you won’t get a restful stay because the beds are terrible.

The staff treated us excellently, especially the animators. One of the animators didn’t speak Spanish, was grumpy, and treated us badly and disrespectfully – that was unacceptable.
