“Correct pour une nuit de transit, mais une seule, aucune chance de remboursement pour annulation !!!”

The hotel is super easy to find, well‑located near the sea and beaches, and we had a small room because we were in transit. There is an option to rent a room with a terrace, which would be nice for a longer stay. The breakfast was mediocre, lacking forks, and the sweet side didn’t fit our usual tastes, so it was just okay for a 3‑star. Parking costs 10 € per night. We booked a night in August but had to cancel last minute due to health issues; the hotel refused to refund the unused night even though it wasn’t full (maybe that’s why?). I consider this a scam and won’t return.

“Vicino a Misano e a oltremare, ma non ci tornerei”

Getting to Misano Adriatico centre and the Oltremare park is convenient. The room had a bed with stained sheets and the toilet lacked a seat. We reported this to reception and received another room, but that one also had no toilet seat and no shower curtain. The breakfast was neither awful nor praised. I’m sorry because we hoped to find a place that could accommodate our family with three kids, but honestly I wouldn’t return.

Location is good. Almost everything else is lacking.

“Appena sufficiente”

The nicest part, even though the bathroom is tiny. The structure and furnishings are really dated; I didn’t expect to have to pay extra for air conditioning.

The location and calm are on point, and breakfast is decent. The hot water issue for the shower is a problem.
