“Renovations resulting in a poor review”

Staff were accommodating and tried to help with all requests; thanks to Rita, Lurline, Vincent et al. The location was good, close to the mall and conveniences, and J Alexander restaurant is a must-visit. Renovations were underway and understandably things were not as usual; the site should have warned that this was the case before bookings were made, assuming the advertised conditions would be met. There was no full gym—only a Peloton and a few free weights. A nearby gym arrangement had been cancelled before our stay. Only one washing machine served the entire hotel; clothes were dried at no cost by staff but privacy was limited and not convenient. The room had to be changed because Wi‑Fi was only available at the door and close to the same. Rooms were well appointed, but door handles, light fixtures, and the bathroom could use attention.

It was just a stone’s throw from the malls, the room was lovely, and the staff were perfect.

“Slow check in”

Close to shopping, & eating out. Plus attractions. We had to wait about 20min to check in, only 1 team member was working. While the other team member was viewing information on desk top computer
