The reception service was absent and checking in in the evening was problematic. The hotel building looked poorly maintained and stuffy, and the area didn’t feel safe; be very careful when walking at night.

The place was very clean and very useful; the toilet and bathroom were great with no odor. It was perfect for a day of sightseeing and then sleeping and relaxing in a spotless room.

The host was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. We were welcomed with complimentary water and snacks, and they even gave us thoughtful gifts at checkout. The location is incredibly central—just a 3-minute walk to the metro and Termini station. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with amenities like slippers, shampoo, and toothpaste. Housekeeping was great; the trash was emptied, the room was tidied, and fresh linens were provided. While the location is very convenient for public transport, the surrounding neighborhood doesn't feel safe. Like many areas right around Termini, you are very likely to experience staring and harassment from certain groups of people hanging around outside

The location, 15 minutes on foot from the train station, was great so we didn’t need an Uber. When we arrived to pick up the key at the shop next to the address shown in the app, we had a language issue, but the lady who helped us stayed calm and we managed to understand. The suite smelled clean, the room and bathroom were the right size with perfect accessories for our needs, and the shower and air‑conditioning were excellent. Everything provided shows a lot of care for guests.
